Mission
At LiT, we’re all about empowering engineering and tech leaders to grow. Through constant networking and knowledge-sharing events, we aim to be the catalyst for leadership development in Romania’s IT&C landscape.

By 2035, we envision every CTO, VP of Engineering, and Engineering Director in Romania attributing their growth and success to the LiT community. We’re dedicated to connecting leaders, sparking thought-provoking discussions, and driving a culture of innovation that will shape the future of IT and engineering leadership.
